Maintenance Plan
Routine maintenance is key to prolonging the life of your heating and cooling systems, as well as improving and maintaining system efficiencies. Regular visits also help to prevent equipment deterioration by detecting and replacing weak components before they fail.
Let us help you to keep your system operating at peak performance! Our Service Plan includes everything you see below, with automatic notifications when service is due.
Annual Furnace Tune-up
• Inspect blower
• Clean and adjust burners
• Thoroughly scope and/or check heat exchanger
• Test gas pressure and flame for safe operation
• Inspect and clean ignition controls, pilot assemblies, and all safeties
• Replace filters (includes 1″ filters)
• Check airflow
• Critical carbon monoxide test
Annual AC Tune-up
• Investigate and observe coolant levels and pressure
• Check and adjust thermostat if needed
• Inspect wiring and contacts, test capacitors and relays to include amp draw on compressors for proper operation
• Examine and clean condenser coils
• Check and clear condensate drain
• Inspect outdoor disconnect
• Test condenser fan motor and check blade balance
• Inspect compressor at startup
• Replace filters (includes 1″ filters)
